 

#  VES Alum Damien Chazelle’s La La Land gets 14 Oscar Nominations

*[La La Land](http://www.lalaland.movie/)*, the latest film from VES alum Damien Chazelle ’07, [received fourteen Oscar nominations](http://www.oscars.org/oscars/ceremonies/2017), tying *Titanic* and *All About Eve* for the most in Academy Award history. The film was nominated in categories including Best Picture, Director, and Original Screenplay, and its score, composed by Harvard grad Justin Hurwitz, was nominated for best Original Score.
