#  VES Students at Locarno Film Festival

Congratulations to [Joana Pimenta](/people/joana-pimenta), graduate student in Film and Visual Studies, and recent VES alum Renee Zhan ’16, whose films will show at the Locarno Film Festival in Locarno, Switzerland. Pimenta’s *[An Aviation Field](http://www.pardolive.ch/pardo/program/film.html?fid=894642&eid=69)* and Zhan’s *[Hold Me (Ca Caw Ca Caw)](http://www.pardolive.ch/pardo/program/film.html?fid=896599&eid=69)* are both part of the Pardi di domani section of the festival, which features forty short films.
