Announcing the AFVS Alumni & Faculty Film Series

The AFVS Alumni & Faculty Film Series is a free, monthly screening series during the academic year of films made by (or with) former students, fellows, affiliates, and faculty.  The screenings are followed by a discussion with the filmmaker (as well as other key collaborators, whenever possible), and accompanied by class visits and other opportunities for discussion. Please join us for the second season of the AFVS Film Series with very different films: Félicité (2017), by Alain Gomis; Dream of a Shadow (2019) On September 20th at 6PM, Shattering Stars (2021) by Peter Galison, The A-Team (2021) by Nnenna Onuoha, and The Beach of Beings (2021) by Kendra McLaughlin on October 18th at 6PM; Babylon (2022) and Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench (2009), by Damien Chazelle on December 6th.
