Mazel Tov, the thesis film made by Eli Zuzovsky’ 21 (joint concentration in AFVS and English) has recently been mentioned on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Israel and selected for the Up & Coming Filmmakers section at Wicked Queer: Boston's LGBTQ+ Film Festival. In addition, the film won the following awards: Rhode Island International Film Festival (Best Comedy Short); Oxford University Filmmaking Foundation Short Film Festival (Best Film) and Dallas Jewish Film Festival (Emerging Filmmaker Prize). Zuzovsky, a Rhodes Scholar is currently working on his Master’s Degree in French and German literature at Oxford University.
