Sharon Harper at Bridgette Mayer Gallery, Radius Books

Work from Sharon Harper’s year-long Guggenheim fellowship can be seen in her new series Volcanic: Native Fruit Cairns and Offerings. Selections from this series, which includes landscape images from Hawaii, New Mexico, and La Palma, Canary Islands, are on view in the exhibition Experience of Place at the Bridgette Mayer Gallery in Philadelphia through October 30. A hand-bound artist book by Harper is part of the benefit auction at Radius Books, a non-profit publishing company based in Santa Fe. See images from the book on their website.
