AFVS Alum Sara Stern '12 receives a 2018 Rema Hort Mann Emerging Artist Grant in New York

According to the Foundation, grantees were selected for “demonstrating critical and rigorous work in the field of contemporary art as well as an ability and commitment to making substantial contributions to the arts in the future.” Stern is currently a 2018-2019 Visual Arts Fellow at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown. She will participate in SculptureCenter's 2019 exhibition InPractice:Other Objects, opening January 13th.
