VES Student Daniel Citron at Tribeca Film Festival

VES senior Daniel Citron was at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival in New York as part of its Games and Media Summit Arcade to launch BrainVR:

BrainVR is an exploration into how virtual reality can be used to enhance and augment education. BrainVR is an interactive virtual reality experience in which each participant interacts with retinal neurons to allow them to understand the complicated process in which the eye processes motion through intuitive 1:1 interaction with the content. For example, a user can draw motion in front of an eye ball then in real-time see how the neuron's fire as a result of their interaction. This type of immersive experiential learning, only possible in virtual reality, will continue to change how we educate our students in the future. BrainVR is a partnership between the MIT Media Lab, and EyeWire.
