Pauline Shongov

Pauline Shongov is a Harvard Presidential Scholar and a PhD student at Harvard University in the Department of Art, Film, and Visual Studies with a secondary field in Critical Media Practice. Previously, she was a Hunter R. Rawlings III Presidential Research Scholar at Cornell University, where she received a B.F.A. from the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning and a B.A. in College Scholar in Film from the College of Arts and Sciences. Her research interests include transnational cinema, media anthropology, the history of art and architecture, material culture, and urban/landscape theory of the Balkan space.
