Rosa Prosser is a Cumbrian artist, filmmaker and researcher pursuing a PhD in Film and Visual Studies. Her creative and research practice explores the entanglements of place, weather, history and story through an elemental lens - primarily, that of the wind.  

Her film and installation work has been shown internationally, including the RAI Film Festival, Beijing International Short Film Festival, Jakarta International Documentary Experimental Film Festival, and Athens Digital Arts Festival. 

She holds a BA in the History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Cambridge, and MFA in Creative Documentary by Practice from University College London (UCL)’s Public Anthropology Department. She is currently Visual Arts and Multimedia Editor for The Goose: Journal of Arts, Environment, and Culture in Canada.
